He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want unlike many other people (not at the resort just in general) and I appreciated that. Jonathan at the excursions desk was so kind and super helpful. We sat in his section every day because he rocked. He brought us fun new drinks, found us chairs and umbrellas, and never left us thirsty. Our guy Gennair hooked us up so many times. Shout out to Genniar and Jonathan!! We hung out by the pool every day.

The Italian restaurant was less than desirable but has the longest wait so I would say go to the other restaurants because you won’t be disappointed. Rightfully so, the Mexican restaurant was our favorite dinner spot. The food was delicious especially the extensive breakfast buffet. The air was never as cold as we liked but we adapted and it turned out fine. We had a problem with the air con, fridge, and fan in our original room and the staff were so accommodating and found us a better room with air that worked and was closer to the amenities.
